10 ft. x 10 ft. x 9ft. sculpture in red sandstone. commissioned by U.M.I.S.T. Manchester. Sighted at altringham terrace on the campus of U.M.I.S.T. university. The sculpture shows Archimedes at his most famous moment, carved for the university to describe the essence of science.
